Seamless & Human-Centered Healthcare Experiences. I’ve worked as a UX designer and information architect consultant for various healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. We aimed for solutions to create stronger and easier connections between patients and HCPs (healthcare providers). We did this by combining user-centered design principles with a deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and data structures. I focused on organizing information effectively, ensuring accessibility, and designing seamless experiences for both healthcare providers and patients.

Guided by research and user testing data, I worked on design system updates, information architecture, form UI redesigns, and prototypes. In many cases I was using the Salesforce Lightning Design System. For the duration of the user testing phases, I continued to update the UX and UI to be moved to production.

CHALLENGE
Jazz Pharmaceuticals wanted UX and information architecture consulting and updates for various Pharma websites. Additionally, they needed us to design a “Trivia Game” concept.
SOLUTION
Leverage research and data analytics to help guide the team and I through discovery and design updates. Also, design an on brand “Trivia Game” experience.
RESULTS
Submitted and approved sitemaps, wireframes, and other various UX updates that were developed for website relaunches.
